حیرت کی بات یہ ہے کہ جن سیوریج لائنوں نے پہلے ہی ناکامی کے ریکارڈ قائم کر رکھے ہیں، انہی ٹوٹی پھوٹی، بند پڑی اور بوجھ سے ناکارہ لائنوں کے ذریعے قبرستان کا پانی گزارنے کی منصوبہ بندی کی جا رہی ہے۔ یہ فیصلہ کوئی غلطی نہیں، ایک مجرمانہ عمل ہے جس کے نتائج شدید تباہی کی صورت میں سامنے آ سکتے ہیں۔
اہلِ علاقہ بجا طور پر پوچھ رہے ہیں:

ضروری ہے کہ اس منصوبے کو فوراً روکا جائے، شفاف تحقیقات کی جائیں، اہلِ محلہ کو اعتماد میں لیا جائے، اور جدید، محفوظ، اور قابلِ عمل سیوریج سسٹم تشکیل دیا جائے۔ ورنہ کل ہونے والی تباہی کی ذمہ داری صرف موسم پر نہیں، بلکہ ان اداروں اور نمائندوں پر ہوگی جنہوں نے آنکھیں بند کر کے یہ فیصلہ کیا۔
