How Long Will the Injustice Against PPHI Balochistan Assistants?

 Assistant Admins and other contract employees of the People's Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan have been facing severe financial and mental exploitation for the past 11-12 years.

*Key Issues:*

1. Low Salary: Even after 11 years of service, the monthly salary is only PKR 47,000, while employees in the same grade in other government departments receive over PKR 100,000. It is impossible to run a household on such a meager amount in this era of inflation.

2. The Sword of Contract Employment: Despite more than 10 years of service, employees have not been made permanent. The mental stress of contract renewal every year, plus deprivation of basic facilities like pension, gratuity, and GP Fund.

3. Deprivation of Allowances: No Eid bonus, no utility allowance, no health risk allowance. Yet these same employees go into the field to deliver health services in remote areas.

4. Excessive Workload: One assistant is forced to do the work of three people, including data entry, reporting, field visits, and audits. Duty is even required on holidays.

The Question Is:  PPHI receives funding from the Government of Balochistan, and the work is the same as in government hospitals, so why are the benefits not equal to those of government employees?

Our Demands:

1. PPHI employees' salaries should be immediately increased in proportion to inflation

2. All contract employees with more than 10 years of service should be made permanent immediately

3. Bonuses, allowances, and other benefits equal to government employees should be provided

We appeal to the Government of Balochistan, Secretary Health, and all elected representatives to take notice of this injustice.

*گوادر:* پیپلز پرائمری ہیلتھ کیئر انیشی ایٹو (PPHI) بلوچستان کے اسسٹنٹ ایڈمن اور دیگر کنٹریکٹ ملازمین گزشتہ 11-12 سال سے شدید معاشی و ذہنی استحصال کا شکار ہیں۔

*اہم مسائل:*

*کم تنخواہ*: 11 سال سروس کے بعد بھی صرف 47,000 روپے ماہانہ تنخواہ، جبکہ دیگر سرکاری اداروں میں اسی عہدے کے ملازمین 1 لاکھ سے زائد لے رہے ہیں۔ موجودہ مہنگائی میں اتنی قلیل رقم سے گھر چلانا ناممکن ہے۔

 *کنٹریکٹ کی تلوار*: 10 سال سے زائد عرصہ گزرنے کے باوجود ملازمین کو مستقل نہیں کیا گیا۔ ہر سال کنٹریکٹ رینیو کی ذہنی اذیت، پنشن، گریجویٹی اور GP فنڈ سے محرومی۔

 *مراعات سے محرومی*: نہ عید بونس، نہ یوٹیلٹی الاؤنس، نہ ہیلتھ رسک الاؤنس۔ حالانکہ یہی ملازمین فیلڈ میں جا کر دور دراز علاقوں میں صحت کی سہولیات پہنچاتے ہیں۔

 *کام کا بے تحاشا بوجھ*: ایک اسسٹنٹ سے ڈیٹا انٹری، رپورٹنگ، فیلڈ وزٹ اور آڈٹ سمیت 3 بندوں کا کام لیا جاتا ہے۔ چھٹی والے دن بھی ڈیوٹی۔

*سوال یہ ہے:* پی پی ایچ آئی کو فنڈنگ حکومت بلوچستان دیتی ہے، کام بھی سرکاری ہسپتالوں جیسا لیا جاتا ہے، تو پھر مراعات سرکاری ملازمین والی کیوں نہیں؟ 

*ہمارا مطالبہ:*

 پی پی ایچ آئی ملازمین کی تنخواہیں مہنگائی کے تناسب سے فوری بڑھائی جائیں

 دس10 سال سے زائد سروس والے تمام کنٹریکٹ ملازمین کود فوری مستقل کیا جائے

 سرکاری ملازمین کے برابر بونس، الاؤنس اور دیگر مراعات دی جائیں

ہم حکومت بلوچستان، سیکرٹری صحت اور تمام منتخب نمائندوں سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ اس ناانصافی کا نوٹس لیں۔

*یہ آواز صرف ایک فرد کی نہیں، گوادر، تربت، پنجگور اور کوئٹہ کے سیکڑوں پی پی ایچ آئی ملازمین کی ہے۔*
