بلوچستان کے نوجوانوں کے ساتھ کورین ورکر پروگرام میں ناانصافی — حکومت کا متعصبانہ رویہ قابلِ مذمت

بلوچستان کے نوجوان ایک بار پھر حکومتی ناانصافی اور تعصب کا نشانہ بنے ہیں۔ فشریز ڈیپارٹمنٹ بلوچستان کے زیرِ انتظام شروع کیے گئے کورین ورکر (ماہی گیر) پروگرام نے ابتدا میں صوبے کے درجنوں نوجوانوں کے دلوں میں امید کی نئی کرن جگا دی تھی۔ اس پروگرام کے تحت نوجوانوں کو سلیکٹ کیا گیا، کورین زبان کی دو ماہ کی تربیت دی گئی، میڈیکل ٹیسٹ کرائے گئے اور بیرونِ ملک روزگار کے خواب کو حقیقت بنانے کی تیاریاں مکمل ہو گئیں۔

مگر جب یہ پروگرام اپنے آخری مرحلے میں داخل ہوا تو اچانک اسے روک دیا گیا۔ حیرت انگیز طور پر اسی پروگرام کو پنجاب میں کامیابی سے مکمل کرکے وہاں کے امیدواروں کو ترجیحی بنیادوں پر روانہ کر دیا گیا۔ اس عمل نے بلوچستان کے نوجوانوں میں مایوسی، غم اور غصے کی لہر دوڑا دی ہے۔

یہ طرزِ عمل نہ صرف غیر منصفانہ بلکہ متعصبانہ اور منافقانہ رویے کی واضح مثال ہے۔ بلوچستان کے نوجوانوں نے اپنی محنت، وقت، اور مالی وسائل ایک ایسے موقع کے لیے صرف کیے جو ان کے بہتر مستقبل کی ضمانت بن سکتا تھا، مگر بدقسمتی سے ان کے ساتھ دھوکہ کیا گیا۔

گوادر سمیت بلوچستان کے مختلف علاقوں سے تعلق رکھنے والے نوجوانوں نے حکومتِ بلوچستان، فشریز ڈیپارٹمنٹ، ڈپٹی کمشنر گوادر اور مقامی نمائندوں کو بارہا اپنی مشکلات سے آگاہ کیا، مگر انہیں صرف روایتی تسلیاں دے کر خاموش کر دیا گیا۔ کسی نے بھی ان کے حق کے لیے عملی اقدامات نہیں کیے۔

یہ سوال اب ہر بلوچ نوجوان کے ذہن میں گونج رہا ہے کہ

آخر بلوچستان کے ساتھ یہ امتیازی سلوک کب تک جاری رہے گا؟

کیا بلوچستان کے نوجوان صرف وعدوں، اعلانات اور وقتی تسلیوں کے لیے رہ گئے ہیں؟

ہم حکومتِ بلوچستان، وفاقی وزیر برائے اوورسیز پاکستانیز اور متعلقہ اداروں سے پُرزور مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ اس معاملے کی فوری تحقیقات کرائی جائیں۔ اگر واقعی بلوچستان کے نوجوانوں کے ساتھ ناانصافی ہوئی ہے تو ذمہ داران کے خلاف کارروائی کی جائے اور ان نوجوانوں کو وہی مواقع دیے جائیں جو دیگر صوبوں کے امیدواروں کو حاصل ہوئے۔

بلوچستان کے نوجوان بھی پاکستان کے شہری ہیں — انہیں برابری کے حقوق اور مواقع دینا حکومتِ وقت کی ذمہ  داری ہے نہ کہ احسان  ۔

Injustice with Balochistan’s Youth in the Korean Worker Program — A Shameful Example of Government Bias

Once again, the youth of Balochistan have fallen victim to injustice and discrimination. The Korean Worker (Fishermen) Program, launched under the Fisheries Department of Balochistan, had initially sparked new hope among dozens of young people across the province. Under this initiative, several candidates were selected, trained in the Korean language for two months, and underwent medical tests and other formalities, preparing them for overseas employment opportunities.

However, when the program reached its final stage, it was suddenly suspended — without any clear explanation. Shockingly, the same program continued in Punjab, where candidates were reportedly sent abroad on a priority basis. This discriminatory move has left the youth of Balochistan disappointed, disheartened, and rightfully angered.

Such actions reflect not only unfair treatment but also a deep-seated bias and hypocrisy within the system. The young people of Balochistan invested their time, money, and effort with the hope of securing a better future, yet they were met with deceit and neglect.

Young men from Gwadar and other parts of Balochistan repeatedly approached the Government of Balochistan, the Fisheries Department, the Deputy Commissioner of Gwadar, and local representatives to raise their concerns. Sadly, they were only offered empty promises and routine assurances, with no meaningful action taken to resolve their issue.

This situation raises a crucial question:
How long will this discriminatory attitude toward Balochistan continue?
Are the youth of Balochistan destined to be left behind every time, despite their hard work and dedication?

We strongly urge the Government of Balochistan, the Federal Minister for Overseas Pakistanis, and all concerned authorities to take immediate notice of this matter. A transparent investigation must be conducted, and those responsible for this injustice should be held accountable. Most importantly, the affected youth should be given equal opportunities to participate in the Korean Worker Program, just like candidates from other provinces.

The youth of Balochistan are as much a part of Pakistan as anyone else.
It is the government’s duty — not a favor — to ensure equal rights and opportunities for them.
