Quetta, July 29, 2025 — A major stride in the healthcare sector of Balochistan was celebrated today as Munir Ahmed Badini chaired the 52nd Extraordinary General Meeting of the Board of Directors of PPHI Balochistan at the organization’s Head Office.
At the heart of the discussions was a remarkable achievement: the successful operationalization of 164 newly taken-over Basic Health Units (BHUs) across the province. These BHUs are expected to greatly improve access to essential medical services in some of Balochistan’s most remote and underserved communities.
“This is a significant milestone,” Chairman Badini remarked. “These BHUs are not just buildings—they represent access to health, hope, and dignity for our people.”
The meeting brought together key stakeholders, including members of the Board of Directors, the Company Secretary, and representatives from the Health and Finance Departments. Also in attendance were senior officials from the Government of Balochistan, including representatives of the Health Department, Chief Secretary’s Office, and the CMDU Balochistan.
CEO PPHI-B, Hameedullah Nasar, presented a detailed update on the organization’s current projects and overall progress. From maternal and child health initiatives to emergency care and community outreach programs, PPHI continues to play a vital role in shaping the province’s primary healthcare landscape.

کوئٹہ، 29 جولائی 2025 — پی پی ایچ آئی بلوچستان کے صدر دفتر میں ادارے کے بورڈ آف ڈائریکٹرز کا 52 واں غیر معمولی اجلاس منعقد ہوا، جس کی صدارت منیر احمد بدینی نے کی۔
اجلاس میں ایک بڑی کامیابی کا اعتراف کیا گیا: بلوچستان بھر میں 164 نئے بیسک ہیلتھ یونٹس (BHUs) کو فعال کر دیا گیا ہے۔ یہ یونٹس صوبے کے دور دراز اور پسماندہ علاقوں میں بنیادی طبی سہولیات کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنانے میں اہم کردار ادا کریں گے۔
